We build AI your marketing team will actually use.

Everyone on your team uses AI, and nothing you can point to has changed. A licence each, a few enthusiasts, a lot of dabbling, and no number the business can see. We train your people on the work they actually do, build the systems around them, and stay until they're running without us.

The rising bar

Somewhere in your market, someone is already using AI to do work that couldn't be bought at any price before. A thousand pages where fifteen used to be the limit. Once a buyer has seen the thousand, fifteen reads as a lack of effort, and your team hasn't got worse. The bar moved. That's the problem you're actually solving, and it's a different one from doing what you already do a bit faster.

Two ways in

The tool you customise yourself, or the one we build around you.

You don't need to know which one you want. Read the two lines below and one of them will sound like your week.

The JIM platform

Your content isn't personal enough for the accounts you're chasing, and nobody has the hours to fix that by hand.

The platform pulls the context and insights out of the files you already have, uses AI to enhance, update and validate them, and turns them into branded content in minutes. Maven B2B used to take four months to write a value report for MongoDB. Now it takes them less than half a day, review included. Live with clients today.

The services

You want your best people doing more of what they're best at, or a new line of revenue built on how they already work.

We train your team on their own work, turn your processes into skills and automations, build the tool when a tool is what's needed, and stay until it's running. Sometimes that's an internal tool that helps the team do more of what they do well. Sometimes it's a service you couldn't have sold before. Four services that read as a path, priced from £5,000.

Some teams need both. If you're on a call with us and the other door is the better fit, we'll say so.

What we do

Four services that read as a path. Training & Adoption is the front door, AI Strategy is where it starts making sense, the AI Operating Model gets everyone singing from the same hymn sheet at scale, and Software Build is where it gets really interesting. Any of them can carry on as a monthly retainer.

01 / Training & Adoption

Everyone's using AI. Training decides how well.

The right first step for every team: training on the work they actually do, so everyone goes from using AI to using it well. After the first block, the training can carry on on a monthly retainer as the tools change.

£5,000 to £12,000

02 / AI Strategy

A plan you can actually build from.

The decision before the build: what to build first, which pieces become skills your team runs and which need a tool of their own, and what each one costs and returns. Every build starts here, and when you go ahead, £4,000 comes off the build.

03 / AI Operating Model

Your best way of working, built into the AI your whole team uses.

The way your team does its best work, turned into skills and automations everyone runs from the same inputs. This is where your AI gets its rocket fuel, and how your business works becomes IP you own, inside your own stack.

04 / Software Build

The tool your competitors can't buy, built around how your team works.

We build working tools around your real workflows, not a generic product you bend until it sort of fits. Live inside your own stack, documented, and yours to change.

How much does an engagement cost?

Training runs £5,000 to £12,000, depending on how far down the rabbit hole you dare to go. That's where most teams start, and for a lot of them it's enough for a while.

After that it depends on what you need. Every build starts with a strategy, from £8,000, and when you go ahead with the build, £4,000 comes off it. Operating model builds start at £8,000, priced on how many skills and automations you actually need. Software builds start at £15,000 and get scoped on their own. You'll have a real number before you commit to anything.

If you want to get close before speaking to anyone, the ROI calculator will do it. And for context, one client got over 120 MQLs from a single tool we built together, two of which turned into sales opportunities, and the tool covered the engagement on its own.

Why wouldn't we just do this ourselves?

Plenty of teams do, and some of it works. What goes wrong is fairly consistent. Someone builds something that works for them and shares it round, and six months later there are four versions of the same thing and nobody knows which one is current. Or it stops at the demo, because you can't roll out what you can't test, and testing every step properly takes someone who understands every step. Or it gets built, it's fine, and nobody uses it, because getting people to change how they work is a separate job from building the thing.

If you've got someone who can hold all three, do it yourselves and we'll cheer you on. Most teams have one of the three and don't find out which two were missing until month four.

There's a quieter risk too. Without proper compliance and GDPR protocols your risk surface goes up considerably, especially when the team is using tools for things they weren't designed to do.

How much time does my team need to commit?

It depends on the engagement, but we're conscious of the fact that your team is already busy. Typically, we need three to four hours upfront to understand your workflows, your tools, and where the opportunities are. After that, it's usually a couple of hours a week while we're building and testing. That drops off as we get deeper into the work and need less input from your side. We've had clients with four AI-powered workflows running within a week of working with us. So while every engagement is different, we're not here to take over your team's calendar.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on the scope. A focused strategy engagement might take two to four weeks. A full implementation with change management and training could run two to six months. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront. We'd rather set honest expectations than overpromise and underdeliver.

How do you handle data security and privacy?

Every system we work with meets SOC 2 certification standards. Where workflows involve personally identifiable information (most don't), we ensure end-to-end encryption and full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other major privacy regulations.

What industries do you work with?

We work across sectors, with our deepest experience in B2B technology, professional services, and financial services. A lot of our work is with agencies, and it's where we started. That said, the principles of good AI strategy and change management apply regardless of industry. So we're always happy to have a conversation, even if your sector isn't on that list.

What makes you different from other AI agencies?

Three things. We work across strategy, change and the build as one discipline, so there's no handover gap where the thing dies on somebody else's desk. We treat adoption as the main event, which is why we stay until your team's actually running it. And we'll tell you when AI isn't the answer, which happens more often than you'd expect.

Behind all three is domain expertise. Our chief strategist comes from marketing and operations, with a specialty in ABM, so the workflows get built by someone who has run them.

Everyone in this space is still working some of it out, us included. We're just further through it than most.

Do you work with our existing technology stack?

Always. We integrate with your current tools and platforms rather than asking you to rip everything out and start again. Part of our assessment process is mapping what you've already got and finding where AI can enhance it.

What does JIM AI do?

We help organisations adopt AI in a way that actually works and sticks. That means building strategies grounded in your business reality, supporting your team through the change process, and implementing solutions that deliver measurable value. We're not a software company; we're the people who help make sure AI initiatives land properly.

The robot waving from behind the man, who is mid-conversation with a client.
AI should free good people, not replace them.

Experienced marketers first, supported by AI. Not the other way around.

We're an AI agency, so we do the work: we train your team, build the tools, and run ABM and AI marketing programmes alongside them.

Meet the people behind the work

Not sure where to start?

That's completely normal. The AI landscape is overwhelming right now. Our AI Readiness Assessment gives you a clear, honest picture of where your organisation stands today, and a practical steer on what to focus on first.
