01 / Training & Adoption

Everyone's using AI. Training decides how well.

Training is the right first step for every team, and it's where we'd start with you: in the tools you already have, on the work your team actually does, so everyone goes from using AI to using it well. We treat the weeks after as part of the job, and after the first block the training can carry on on a monthly retainer, because the tools keep changing.

What we do in Training & Adoption

Your own live work, in your own tools

We run the sessions in the tools your team already has, on the tasks that fill their week, so every exercise is a job that needed doing anyway. This part is about people: each person learns to get good results from AI on their own work. Turning those tasks into shared skills the whole team runs from is the AI Operating Model.

Produces A team who use AI well on their own tasks rather than on demo prompts.

The daily handful, written down

Most of what's worth doing with AI in a given role fits on one page. We find that handful with the team and write it down in their words, so it survives the week after we leave.

Produces The handful of things worth doing daily, written down and shared.

A go-to person in each team

We pick someone in each team to go deeper with, so the questions that come up on Wednesday get answered by a colleague rather than a ticket.

Produces A named champion in each team who others go to first.

Stakeholder engagement and communication

Different people need different things. Your leadership team wants to know the business case. Your operational teams want to know it won't double their workload. We design communication that speaks to each group honestly, not just top-down mandates.

Produces A communication plan for each group, in their terms.

Resistance, heard and answered

When someone pushes back on a new tool, it's usually because they care about doing their job well and they're not yet convinced this will help. We help you listen to those concerns, understand what's behind them, and address them constructively. The goal is to earn buy-in, not force it.

Produces Concerns heard and answered, and buy-in that was earned.

An adoption programme, tracked properly

Training starts the change, and an adoption programme keeps it going. We build a structured adoption programme with clear phases, realistic timelines and built-in feedback loops, define what good adoption looks like (usage rates, efficiency gains, confidence levels), and then track it. Not because we love spreadsheets (though they have their moments), but because measuring progress is the only way to know if what you're doing is working.

Produces A phased adoption programme, a definition of good adoption, and the numbers tracked against it.

What this won't do

Build what sits outside the chat window. There's a whole world out there, and it's a specialty of its own: the workflows, automations and tools that run around your team. The rest of the path is for that, starting with a plan you can build from.
